My hero it is, and I will make a place for it in this blog to pay a deserved tribute to my all time savior, fresh root Ginger.
Indicated for: Inflammation, fever, nausea, indigestion, lowers blood cholesterol, improves circulation, gastrointestinal problems like: gas, diarrhoea, stomach cramps, heartburn, colic, and irritable bowel. It’s a great anti-oxidant and antiseptic.
I take it simple, peel it cut 4 or 5 slices and let it boil in 1 liter of water for about 25 to 30 min, in medium heat, and then I put back all the amount of water evaporated with mineral water. This tea is very spicy and that’s why I do this, when it cools off I do love to put one lemon juice and my god, it’s the best tea I ever had in my life, with or without the lemon…
In summer time I do advise to put it in the refrigerator or will lose all the good properties and will go bad…
I do try to do it once a week to maintain my body without inflammation or my old cramps, which it does with Ginger, so yes best thing for me and I love it.
